These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and SPEKTR (Warsaw, Poland, NIP: 5272982014) (“we”, “us”, “our”) governing your use of the HairAI mobile application (the “App”).

By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle your data, is available at https://spektr-apps.notion.site/HairAI-Privacy-Policy-3943d2c70af1804bad7dfa237cbf1692 and is incorporated into these Terms.

1. The Service

HairAI lets you take or upload a photo of yourself and generate AI-powered previews of how different hairstyles might look on you. Generated images are illustrative visualizations, not exact predictions of a real haircut. They are provided for entertainment and inspiration only and do not constitute professional styling, cosmetic, or medical advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the App. If you are under 18, you may use the App only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the App, you confirm you meet these requirements.

3. Your Account

You can sign in with Apple or Google, or use the App anonymously. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. Anonymous accounts and their data may be inaccessible if you lose access to your device before linking a sign-in method. You can delete your account at any time in the App (Profile → Delete Account); see the Privacy Policy for what is deleted.

4. Your Content

You retain all rights to the photos you upload and to the generated images.

By uploading a photo, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to store and process it (including through our third-party service providers) solely to provide the App’s features to you. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except where retention is required by law.

You represent that you have the right to upload the photos you submit. Upload only photos of yourself or of people who have given you their permission. Do not upload photos of minors other than yourself (if you are a minor using the App in accordance with Section 2).

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or depicts a person without their consent;
• attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or disrupt the App or its backend services;
