This Privacy Policy explains how SPEKTR Grigorii Ukrainskii (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the HairAI mobile application (the “App”). HairAI lets you upload or take a selfie and generate previews of hairstyles using AI.

For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, SPEKTR Grigorii Ukrainskii is the data controller of your personal data.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide

• Account information. When you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive your user identifier and, depending on your settings, your name and email address. You may also use the App anonymously; in that case we create an anonymous account identifier.
• Photos (selfies). When you take or select a photo for hairstyle generation, the photo is uploaded to our servers for processing. We only access photos you explicitly choose — we do not scan your photo library.
• Profile details. During onboarding you may select a gender option, which we use to tailor hairstyle suggestions.

Information collected automatically

• Device identifier. A per-installation identifier used to associate requests with your device.
• Usage and analytics data. We collect events about how you use the App (e.g., screens viewed, features used, generation started/completed) together with your account identifier, device type, operating system version, and app version.
• Purchase information. If you buy a subscription or credits, we receive purchase and subscription status information from Apple and our subscription-management provider. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.
• Push notification token. If you enable notifications, we store a push token so we can send them.

Information we do NOT collect

• We do not collect precise location data.
• We do not use your photos to build biometric templates or to identify you. Photos are used solely to generate the hairstyle previews you request.
• We do not use your photos to train AI models.
